Family Pharmacy has been my pharmacy for 20 + years. The staff is amazing they go above and beyond to help!!! Recently I noticed some employees I dont see anymore...where are Sabrina and Winny?!! I see Lexi ( I hope that right) and Tracy they are great too....but missing my other girls!!! I was charged on friday for a consultation fee $20.00 to tell me my insurance doesn't pay for this medication I already knew that I always have to pay out of pocket!! 20.00 charge. FOR WHAT? I did hear Jay retired if he does not own Family Pharmacy I will find another Pharmacy ...even knowing my rx would be cheaper at CVS I stayed with family Pharmacy because they were great!! So explain NEW OWNER I'M OUT!! THANKS family Pharmacy for being there for me and my family!!

There is a problem every time Ive went here. Some of the staff are very rude. You are placed on hold and no one comes back to the phone. Very poor customer service. They say they are very busy but I am customer just like everyone else. They don't take you seriously at all!! Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Family pharmacy on Newberry st is the absolute BEST pharmacy I've been to. The staff is very welcoming, personal, caring, great, friendly, and fast! I definitely wouldn't change pharmacies! Thank you, Family for always taking care of mine! Amy weiss

I have never had a bad experience at family pharmacy. The staff is welcoming and supper sweet . They are all great . Thanks for taking care of me for over 10 years 💞
