Website is not very user friendly. Contacted an agent on the sign outside of a house for sale and two weeks later still have not been contacted by that agent. I ended up calling the general number to the agency and immediately have two agents contacting me...both agents are very timely and helpful. So after a not so good 1st impression, they are making a good 2nd impression.
