Eye Care by Design

While the staff at this location is very friendly, my experience with their computerized eye doctor appointment system has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for 25 years, since I was 12 years old, but for some reason, they just couldn’t get my prescription right. Over the past several months, I’ve gone through endless rounds of receiving trial contacts, trying them on, and wearing them, only to be see blurry images and have double vision at times. I’ve received four sets of trial contacts at this point, and each one has failed to meet my vision prescription. I went back today to pick up yet another set, only to be tossed around again. As a military spouse, I’ve moved frequently and seen many different eye doctors, but I’ve never encountered this level of frustration when it comes to getting my prescription accurate. On top of everything, their prices are incredibly overpriced, especially considering the poor experience and lack of results. At this point, I’ve walked away and decided to pay out of pocket for a new office that can actually get my prescription right. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but I’m done and wouldn’t recommend. I really would like a full refund

My appointment was perfect. The team was quick, efficient and very friendly! I forgot the name of the technician but she was amazing and explained the entire process to me, while also answering all of my questions. Tori was also so helpful and took the time to gather pricing and insurance benefits for me. I was greeted immediately with a smile and the wait time was less than five minutes (with an appointment). I would 100000% recommend this place to friends and family. 🫶🏼

They are always professional, warm, and friendly each time I come in. You can tell they enjoy working here overall and with their patients.

Great service from all except Jessica. I hope it was just an off day for her. I really wanted to give one star but it wasn’t fair to all the great people who were so kind and genuine. I have come here for years and wish I had waited on Donna to help me.

I enjoyed my experience immensely. Each employee that I came into contact with was warm, courteous and professional. I appreciate that Dr. Abbas made everything easy for me to understand. She was very detailed and answered each and every one of my questions.
