Absolutely loved Dr. Artrip! I waited a little over an hour. It was the end of the day and they were busy, but I saw she was taking back to back patients. She was worth the wait extremely knowledgeable and took her time to answer any and all questions. Very thorough. I will be recommending others to her! In general I have always enjoyed the customer service at LensCrafters.

These folks are the very best. Dante is extremely energetic and takes care of all the patients with the upmost respect and compassion. Dr. Bosch is the only doctor I feel takes the time to get behind the vision issues that I was having. Thanks so much to all of you for always making me feel like your number one patient!

Overall my visit was a positive experience. With the exception of the gentleman who conducted the first part of my exam everyone was cordial and professional. He was not engaging and gave off a somewhat less than positive vibe. I inquired of the patient who when in before me and she stated that he said he was tired. Perhaps he should have taken the day off because he made me feel some kind of way. Plus when I struggled to move the chair across the room, he offered no assistance. Customer service training may be in order for him. Thank you.

After waiting for 35 minutes past my appointment time, I am still waiting for my exam. This is not how an appointment works. When questioning the delay, I was informed by Cheryl at the front desk, "well, it is a doctor's office.". Her reply was not of assistance, and did not answer my question. Doctor's usually value time more than many other professionals from my experience. I feel this office is charging a premium price for inferior service. Make your choices wisely.

Staff is very helpful and the appointment is a mostly enjoyable experience, (minus the guy who does the intake exam.). But beware when ordering contacts! I was quoted a $100 rebate on contact orders for both of my children, but when filling out the rebate paperwork was told I wasn't actually eligible for the rebates. Cheryl tried her best to help me, but a third party does the quotes, the contact companies won't honor the quotes, and no one is held responsible for the error/dishonesty in the quote. Very frustrating and misleading! I would not have ordered the quantity of contacts that I did had I been given the correct information at the time of ordering. I'm out the $200 I was promised, and no one will honor it.
