Exquisite Nails

I have been coming to Exquisite Nails for some time. From the moment you walk in the door, you are made to feel welcome. Tam is such a kind and warm gentleman. He always remembers me and greets me by name. Mr. Long does my nails. He NEVER disappoints! He does a MAGNIFICENT job each time. I love that he and I can understand one another. Mr. Long always uses his creativity in a way that is tasteful yet unique. My pedicures are always just what I need. I love the fact there’s NO pressure to add on any other services. I absolutely love them. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

2nd visit. I’m in love. When my previous technician moved (who was amazing), I needed to find a shop close to home!!! If you want AN EXPERIENCE, visit when it’s slow, during the week honey!! The pic with green nails was a lil old but I got sooooo many compliments. Great atmosphere and super nice people. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

This has been by far the worst experience i’ve had at any salon. i went and got SNS french manicure and my nails were LUMPY and chipped after the first day. 2 more nails chipped soon after and. There were cracks in several of my nails , how does that even happen IDK. After returning to get them fix one of my nails were cracked… still connected to my nail. it wasn’t hanging or anything just a crack. the technician broke my nail, added a fake one and left it looking LUMPY. when i asked her to fix it she seemed annoyed with me and half ass fixed it !

You're missing out if you haven’t been to Exquisite. Hands down the best nail salon in Augusta. I’ve been to many different salons and Exquisite has the best nail color options including so many cat eye options (most places only have dark cat eye selections while Exquisite has really nice pastels). The salon itself is spacious, extremely clean, and a beautiful calming aesthetic. They had spa music playing the whole time I was there which was nice to keep customers in a calming mood which made it feel high end and spa like. Their nail technicians are all very kind, considerate, skilled, and go out of their way to give you the result you’re looking for. I came in my very first time just yesterday asking for a complicated design and they were so nice and willing to help make my nails beautiful, and they succeeded 🙌🏼 Thank you everyone at Exquisite for being so amazing!! 10/19/24 - update with photos added to this comment Jon from Exquisite Nails always makes my nails look flawless!!!

I have been coming here for a few years and the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing! By far my favorite place for a pedicure. John is absolutely amazing with nails and gives the best pedicure. I love the fact that I can call same day and schedule an appointment with him.
