Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I have used express oil since moving to Georgia 6 years ago. I never have issues at the Augusta location, however, the Grovetown location leaves a lot to be desired. This isn’t my first issue with the Grovetown location, just the first time I felt warranted a review. On 6/27 I went to the Grovetown location for a standard oil change. A tech noticed a burning oil smell after starting my car but other than that nothing was done. I continued to smell burning oil that day and the next. On 6/29 I started my car and noticed a weird sound and popped the hood to see that my oil cap was missing and my engine bay is coated in oil. I went to the nearest auto parts store to buy a new oil cap until express was open again on Monday. After going to express to let them know what happened the man at the desk (Paul) couldn’t be bothered to even listen to my concerns. He was dismissive and short with me. Had he listened instead of just trying to move to the next customer he would have known this information instead of giving incorrect information to the tech (Natasha). Ultimately I just wanted to be reimbursed for the oil cap I had to purchase and for them to get the oil cleaned out of the engine bay. I was given a business card with a note for free wipers and a free oil change. I’ve written all of this to say that if I had been respected from Paul at the desk I would have never complained. Natasha was present during my initial oil change and is respectful and personable. She listened to me immediately and said she didn’t get this information from the guy (he didn’t have information because he never gave me the opportunity to explain). Natasha is the person you want dealing with your customers and she will be the only reason I’m willing to come back to the Grovetown location.

I’ve always had great experiences with Express Oil, from Alex (who was the very first kind face that I met there) to Law who always have taken care of me each and every time I have gone with an issue. But today the new manager, Fin was a kind soul who helped get me and my family in and out was very personable and informative, I hope to see him around more. Special shout out to Claude who actually serviced my car! Thanks guys for always being amazing. Hopefully I won’t see you guys too soon but I know I’m always taken care of when I do come :)

These guys are fantastic every single time I've been. Alex helped me today and was great, he even showed me how to check the cabin air filter in my car. Great guy, treated me with the utmost respect as all the employees do here. Would recommend this shop to anybody. Keep up the good work and thank you for keeping my car on the road!

I had a fantastic experience at Oil Change Express, thanks to Simone! From the moment I arrived, she was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. When I shared some of the issues I’d been having with my car, Simone was not only relatable but also genuinely empathetic, which made me feel immediately at ease. She walked me through each part of the service process with clarity and care, breaking down the pricing and what to expect with no pressure or confusion. On top of all that, she has a great sense of humor—making what’s usually a chore feel like a pleasant interaction. Simone is a gem, and I’ll definitely be back because of her!

Everyone was nice, professional, and polite. Especially Finley and Nate. They took care of me and got my oil changed quickly at an amazing price! I'll definitely become a permanent customer and will always go here for my cars maintenance!
