I visited Express Oil Change today off of Riverwatch and had a great experience. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. The team was knowledgeable and I felt like they valued me as a customer. Savannah, Kimberly, Jimmy and Jimmy were all very helpful and made the entire process seamless from the time I pulled in to the time I left. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful service. All of the staff here were excellent. From oil change to tires and alignment, everything was explained thoroughly and I felt confident in choosing services needed for my vehicle with the help of the engineers here. I did need additional services for the safety and maintenance of my vehicle, and I’m grateful for the team here for making sure I would be good to go for a long road trip coming up. Just went in today and got our windshield wipers replaced and our oil changed also checked on the tire that had a bolt in it. We were cleared for that because no air leak is happening, which was very honest and got a lot of feedback and a very kind staff as usual. Kimberly was the tech that helped us through most of it! All of them are very friendly and she was extremely welcoming! We love tire engineers and it's our go-to!

I’ve been using this one Express Oil Change center for several years and have always been pleased with their service. They are able to keep a record of what’s already been done to my car and are then able to make recommendations for what needs to be done, either that day, or during my next visit. The technicians are personable and helpful. They don’t try to pressure me into getting something done, other than an oil change. If they do see something that they think needs to be done or replaced they explain it to me and tell me how much it’s going to cost. I will definitely continue going to them!

I really can't give this place enough praise! Had been going here for a while for oil changes only, but after a few bad experiences with some local auto shops, we decided to give it a try for other maintenance. Express Oil Change on Cabela drive has really come through for us and more than once!! Tony has always been incredibly kind and so damn helpful, willing to try and work within your budget and always up front with prices and repairs needed. NEVER any surprise fees or charges. The entire crew does incredible work and keeps you updated on progress or any delays. If you're having problems with your car and don't want to mess around with places that will charge an arm and a leg or have sketchy practices, you're far better off coming to this express oil change! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank y'all so much again! You will definitely be seeing us again sooner rather than later!
