Joel and Cayce were very accommodating, actually above and beyond. I had bought a used bike a few months ago that came with several equipment upgrades, but I later realized those upgrades weren't working well for me. Joel still had the items he'd swapped out, and offered to put the bike back in it's original format at no charge, and only had my bike in the shop for a few days. I appreciate it very much!

I took weeks of nonstop research and found that this was the best bike out there at this price point. I was torn between the Ride1Up Revv 1 and Escape’s Blaze Retro, but ended up going with the Blaze because honestly for roughly the same price you’re getting a much more powerful bike. Unfortunately The box arrived looking like it had rolled out of the back of the truck on the way to me. However, thankfully, the bike didn’t seem to be damaged in any way. I’ve now put almost 100 miles on it in the first 3 days and let me tell you this thing is a blast to ride. I can keep up with traffic easily when necessary and hills barely slow me down. The battery life is impressive as well with the option of buying additional batteries in the future to extend the range. I will be using it as my main source of transportation so I needed something solid, reliable, and fun, which describes it perfectly. Not to mention I loved supporting this company and its small business owner. He (the owner) even answered my call when I had a question, not some call center in Asia. The whole experience has been stellar, and I highly recommend you pick up a Blaze Retro (or whatever bike is your fancy) today!

Just got my step through Commander last week, and I must say it was a positive experience. Joel and Cayce were very patient with my wife ,my daughter, and I through multiple visits to their shop. Questions were answered patiently and cheerfully, and probably repeatedly. I'm a big guy and I had my doubts , but these things have plenty of power and speed. I really like the fact that they service what they sell, it really helped give me confidence in my purchase.
