ERW Physical Therapy

I have received great profession treatment at ERW Physical Therapy. My injury is definitely improving. Staff is very friendly and take pride in developing a treatment plan.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and went to them primarily for gate, balance and getting up from a sitting position. The first session was most intake information. We did some exercises, basically hip strengthening. The exercise sheet emailed me was for the same. When I arrived for the second session, she asked how I was and I told her I was not having a good day. I was never asked why or what was going on but rather lead to the stationary bike. At that point I said we needed to talk. She led me to a bench in the main area, we did not go into one of the side rooms. Anyone could now hear our conversation. I asked if we were going to basically be doing the exercises I was sent. She told me that for the next six to eight weeks we would be. I informed the therapist that I was not doing that. I took out their web page list of what neurological therapy addresses. I was told she would get to that, but could not explain or show me what those exercises would be like. Only after we did weeks of the present arrangement would she know what was needed. At that point I said there was no reason to go forward. This was not working and left. If you are going for the listed neurological areas on their website, think agin about using ERW as your place for therapy.

They helped me gain my confidence and mobility back after my foot surgery. The team there is great.

Convenient location. Super staff helped me reach my goals. I noticed steady, weekly improvement throughout my 8 week course of treatments.
