ER at Sweetwater

Had the best experience at this Medical Facility. Everyone was super friendly and very sufficient to the needs of not only me, but everyone there to be seen. Did everything to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. The wait was a little long, however expected considering how many people were there to be seen. I would recommend this ER to anyone. The doctor and nurses had the best bed side manners and very thorough!!! Keep of the good job everyone and Thank you!!!!

Our first experience here at Sweetwater ER was very pleasant. My daughter had a 2nd degree burn on her leg that needed to be checked out/treated. We saw Rene and Dan who were phenomenal. They both were very sweet and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Sweetwater ER! Hopefully if you do have to go you also get that amazing duo! 🥰 Thank you Rene and Dr. Dan.

Warmly greeted and quickly attended to. Dr saw me right away and tests were ordered and administered in a timely fashion. Issue resolved with follow up instructions and surgical referrals. Staff was friendly and compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about this ER! Time spent there was approximately 2 hours.

Very easy to locate , parking very close to entrance. Very clean . I was treated very professionally,there were 2 stellar employees that stand out in my mind - The first was the one who came out from the back to take me back to ask me some questions and she was quite lovely ,warm,and knowledgeable, after taking my info , then the tech who did my test , Karen( I hope I got her name correct, dark hair ,greeted me with a warm smile while she explained what she was going to do , Super professional and warm hearted as well ,did the testing and should be recognized as well ,I wish I could remember the first person in scrubs who took my info ,both are assets .Karen and her both are outstanding assets to your ER. Thank you !

I visited the evening of Easter Sunday. All prompt care offices were closed, but I’d injured myself and needed care. I was greeted with a smile and was checked in immediately. I didn’t even get to sit down because I was called right back where my vitals were taken, and a pleasant PA, Daniel, gave me my initial exam. I went straight back to a very comfortable room where I did not wait long at all for a doctor. Dr. Gibson came in and treated me like I was his only patient. I was never rushed or felt like just a number. X-ray came in shortly after that, and I did not wait long for the results. Dr. Gibson came back in after a few minutes with my discharge orders and made sure I understood everything. Even with this level of personalized and personal care, I was in and out in one hour and 45 minutes! In addition to Dr. Gibson and Daniel, everyone from the nurses, X-ray department and registration was so nice! I never want to have another emergency, but if I do, I will only ever come here.
