This location is amazing they always have rentals available if you book ahead of time. The staff are awesome and friendly I’m always in and out and I’m never there more than 10 minutes. I used to go to the location on Walton Way service is HORRIBLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bobby Jones location. Rentals fuel is always FULL clean inside and out. I’m considering buying a car from the sales place. They are amazing thank you so much Enterprise!

Shania and Jersey were very helpful in explaining how the GPS system worked in our rental. They also gave us the Toyota brand that we were most comfortable with. We appreciate that they took their time with us. We're senior citizens who are not tech savvy. We're thankful to them for making our rental and vacation experience special.

Bad customer service. They got cars available, but they don’t want to Rent people, so what is the Business do you want to Rent to somebody or you don’t. This is the cars that are here in a lot. I can’t get a car. He’s supposedly is booked.

Jersey and the entire staff made it a comfortable experience with getting a vehicle to meet my needs at the time. They even changed the vehicle I was supposed to get because of a small problem with one originally set aside for me to use. They assessed all of my questions and concerns in a very professional manner.

Booked a reservation with confirmation email on April 1st for April 3rd after speaking to someone on the phone (possibly through a call center?) Called April 3rd to let an employee know I would be a few minutes late for pick up at 5pm. Just to be told I didn’t have a reservation at all. She stated she called yesterday but no one answered. She did not leave a voicemail, email, or text. Nor did anyone bother to call today - the day of pick up. She then proceeded to hang up before I was done talking to her, very professional. I understand this is a busy time of year for Augusta, that’s not an excuse for poor customer service. What I was going to recommend to the young lady before she hung up is that their call center & physical office/lot need to try to do better about coordinating their inventory so incidences like this don’t happen. If it is inevitable/unexpected, more than one attempt needs to be made to contact a customer. And a message absolutely needs to be left.
