Thank you Enterprise for such prompt service. AND especially for the refund of unused $$. The Rav4 I got was great, but it was good to get back into my Mini.

They allow you to book online through 3rd parties but clearly there is no communication on the actual inventory. I booked online but when I arrived I was told there were no rentals available at the moment. I noticed there were vehicles in the parking lot in the return spots and was told they had just been returned. The checkout process was rushed and apparently there was already damage to the car. Now I'm getting billed for a damaged fender! I'm pretty sure I would know if I did something when the car was in my possession to cause this damage.

They gave my wife a dirty car with no hub caps plus it stunk so bad it smelled like somebody lost their nasty butt in it, and it had mechanical problems. the lady that waited on us did not seem like she wanted to help. I went back in there the next day to see if they were going to switch it out they did switch to a better vehicle.

For the past 6 months I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise, specifically from Walton Way and Washington Rd, I have never had any issues with Enterprise until this happen, on February 24 I rented a Jeep Compass, I have rented that vehicle from Feb 24-March 17, normally the process you will receive your receipt and security deposit right away or a day later once the vehicle is returned, I have spent $2548.14 plus $300 security deposit from the dates above, I contacted my bank on multiple occasions about my refund and they haven’t heard anything from Enterprise, Enterprise is telling me that when processing the payment it’s declining, if i didn’t have the funds the payment wouldn’t have went through (common sense) which my bank would have told me if it was, I called this morning and spoke with a young lady from Enterprise and she told me that the manager called me on yesterday to discuss the charges, which I did not receive and have proof that no one called me, I’ve called them numerous times and still haven’t gotten a resolution, I’m never the type to write reviews on a company that has treated me well but it’s money floating around that I can’t even get, I just want my deposit to move on from this situation, i will not come back to this location just because how they handle this situation and it seems like no one cares.
