I waited one hour at the Auto Body Shop this morning to be picked up by Enterprise . When I arrived to obtain the reserved car arranged last week by my insurance, I was informed it will be a 40min. wait because they are waiting for cars to be returned. The waiting area was full of others waiting on a car. I am still waiting and it has been over an hour.

Thank you for making an insurance rental less stressful for us. A very dependable rental and process working with our repair. Have always had respectful rental agents and no issue with Enterprise for at least 10 years. It's a fact they'll pick you up or meet you where you are reliably.

Picked up a car from Washington Road smelled like weed. Next morning went to Walton Way location and car was exchanged out without a problem. Kennedy went above and beyond to make sure the exchange was easy and fast.

I'm known for giving honest reviews, whether they're good or bad! I must say that this location gets an A+ from me! Everyone I spoke with was helpful, understanding, and most of patient!
