There is so much positive to share about Rachel Ray (as a person and an attorney) that I almost don't know where to start! Here is an attempt to describe what I experienced over a nearly three year time frame with her as my attorney. I see Rachel as a good listener, empathetic, intelligent, good communicator, knows the law, discerning, emotionally regulated in challenging situations, bodacious (perhaps audaciously bodacious!!), persistent, and stands firm for justice. If you are in search of an attorney, Rachel has all the attributes one might need. She's really awesome!

Omitted information about a property that I bought at closing. Since I didn't know what they had done, I thought they were great and used them again for a second closing on a loan, at which time 'said' information was shared. It was nothing big, you know just that they were figuring out a way to okie doke me into an HOA that was COMPLETELY EXPIRED without informing me of it's expiration or that they were planning on making me be apart of it in the future. After requesting official documentation on said information, they couldn't find it.. 3 weeks later I had to email them to request it again. Very shady. Come to find out they are the personal attorneys for the organization that sold me my property in the first place. So they personally represented the sellers and then thought it was ethical to be the closing attorney, which is supposed to be completely neutral. Everything that happens in the dark comes out into the light.

Met with Mr. Enoch for a consultation. I loved how honest and to the point he was. He didn't sugar coat it to make me believe I could get more. His feedback was exactly what was needed. Thank you so much for all your help.
