The staff is always nice but I suggest you double check your food order and look at what they actually give you before leaving to make sure it’s correct. This is the third time I’ve gotten the pot roast as my kids love it. The first time my order was correct these last two times it was terrible. The second one I had time to open and check before leaving and had to bring it back in as there was no gravy on the mashed potatoes or roast as requested and they put in garlic biscuits instead of the dinner rolls that were ordered since you have to order on kiosk it prints exactly what you order on it to go pay. They said they had no dinner rolls so replace with regular biscuits.This third time I didn’t open it as the cashier already had it bagged I had other items such as drinks and chips it was on the bottom. I should have opened the bag but I had the kids carry it out once home and opened it there was no gravy at all on the potatoes and again the garlic biscuits that we never order disappointing especially when I specifically asked the fellow working the food if they had regular biscuits and he said yes I told him that’s what I wanted and I wanted Mac and cheese but they had none so I got the fried okra instead that was completely not edible they were so hard. I did call and speak to the young woman that answered and she offered if I came back they would replace the biscuits for the correct one and add gravy but I was not driving back 25 minutes for their mistake not to mention was headed to my appointment. I won’t be getting food here again but if you do just check it to make sure it’s correct before you leave. I normally do but had limited time to get to an appointment today so shame on me for trusting it to be correct and not pulling it out of the bag since they already bagged and checking it. Picked up food quickly on the way to work. Order was incorrect, and I brought it back. Mary Mac was rude and argumentative. Wouldn't recommend. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the chicken was actually pretty decent. Customer service was abhorent.

This store is terrible. No drinks available in store and staff said “we are waiting on Pepsi.” The food appears to be good but you are forced to use a computer to order. Staff have no desire to help you. Lady cook was nice but I did not get what I ordered. She said that I messed up the order but she did offer to give me food for free. I refused the offer. Diesel fuel is high in cost. The store is dirty and the entrance is so dirty it’s nauseating. I can’t give the store another chance. Beware!!!

Watch out for this place they had an advertised price for gas at 2.79 but charged 2.85 and when I went in to let the manager know. Then did not do anything to fix the issue. Also don’t waste your time contacting corporate. They didn’t even take the time to investigate my complaint just responded talking about an enpay price when I was talking about regular price.

Staff changes weekly, and the pumps never ever have paper in them. Receipt? Naw, gotta go inside every time!
