Emery Hills Mobile Home Community

Very nice and clean neighborhood.nice and spacious trailers and very pretty new homes.

This community has grown so much. From updated skirting, driveways, and parks. To updated mailboxes fencing and porches. The new owners have not seized in improvements. I was really impressed on how they handled hurricane Helene. They came from all over to take care of the residents. Providing meals, assistance, and support showed me how much they actually care. They didn't sit around and make it a "you" problem they made it an "us" problem. I also like the reminders and various activities they have to get the community involved. It really is a wonderful place to live. And being conveniently located near various stores, fast food restaurants, and gas stations is also a plus.

Love the new management. Brand new park, new mailboxes, new driveways, new streets signs/paint and new houses. This neighborhood is becoming a family friendly little community, especially after Hurricane Helene. The men in the neighborhood got together and cleared all the trees from the entrance, roads and yards within hours of the damage; then started up the grill for everyone to eat. Love it here.

Emery hills community is really a good community they really care about you. The manager worked really hard to get me into the mobile home at a decent time frame and they tried to hard to accommodate me and what ever issue we had. When hurricane Helene came they really pulled together to help the whole community.i have never seen people pull together work right to help each other .that was beautiful.

Best mobile home community in the area with great maintenance staff and neighbors, who work and put safety/comfort first. The new leasing Manager Ms.Kiana is amazing and is working so hard to make our community something to be proud of. She has done many improvements and is quick to answer questions or calls very understanding and willing to assist in any way she can, thorough with everything she does she leaves no room for any misunderstandings. Can’t say enough about how peaceful it is, since we switched to new management everything really has done a 360 Im looking forward to renewing my lease!
