I had a small o ring rupture on a ASCO solenoid I called tech support to ask about the part that I urgently needed. The man on the phone told me “I can’t tell you the size because you’ll just go to Home Depot and buy one for 50 cents.” He then offered to sell me the replacement part for $215 (the entire solenoid was $285) and said he could get it to me in five days. Horrible customer service. I took the damaged ring to a local store and they sold me it for $1. Works just fine. Avoid ASCO valves as they will take advantage of you if they get the opportunity.

Not much money being made, some of the people are not friendly but there are some that are friendly. There is a lot of favoritism there too. Days it is boring.

Absolutely no CUSTOMER SUPPORT of their residential products.

Go with JD Gould valves. They do better business and the people are a lot friendlier.

They take so long in the shipping department to get things out
