Elite Home Care and Day Centers

We had a really good experience getting our loved one set up to attend. We visited on Friday and by Monday had everything, from authorization to transportation, set up for M-F attendance. The administrator and staff were accommodating and warmly received our loved one's personalized medical training. The facility itself, a renovated church, offers a variety of spaces for activities, learning, and relaxation. This is a good place for day health, social engagement, and respite care.

Elite home care, is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and really enjoy my in home care Giver. Elite home care take the time to make and find to right care Giver for you. If I have questions or concerns Elite home care take the time to address any concerns I have. I trust the staff and my caregiver. Horrible experience! Needs to be trained better with the elderly, and how to talk to people. Would not recommend to anyone. Correction! This company, communication is not good. They had a supervisor come out on a Monday, to say they could not transport my mother, because she did not have leg supports for her chair. She has been traveling by wheel chair for the past 5 years, and not one company has told me they had an issue or stated any safety issues. This company transported my mother maybe a week, and caused issues for my mother and our family. Correct I will post the whole truth, I do leave honest reviews. Thank you very much.
