Ketamine treatment was incredible and pulled me out of my treatment-resistant depression that I've experienced every day of my life since I was 15. It literally changed my life. And Lauren was so caring and supportive, she held my hand during the entire treatment, so I didn't feel like I was floating away. I haven't been depressed since, and it's been weeks since my last treatment. Even though my life is very stressful at the moment (going through a divorce and possibly moving, and job-searching at the same time), I haven't felt like I am falling back into depression, which is absolutely incredible. This clinic is incredible, too: the whole experience is lux and somehow at the same time, down to earth and approachable. The facilities are clean and well-kept, and Melissa (the IV tech) was really good at her job. Even though I was getting poked for the IV, it barely hurt at all, and Melissa is very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. I am a trans person, and Lauren and the crew didn't hold that against me and were very supportive of my decision to come out and live my authentic self. She uses my chosen name and gender, and I really appreciate that. I feel safe to be myself there. Additionally, Lauren has followed up with me and supported me through everything post-treatment as well. She could have just given me ketamine and then let me go on my way, but she kept in touch and followed up regularly to make sure I was still okay. She actually cares about us patients, and it shows. I 100% support this clinic and will absolutely use them again in the future if I start getting low again.

She is the sweetest, most compassionate, and understanding person I know. She truly cares about her patients and their needs. Most importantly, she listens! I couldn't recommend her more.

I have received 3 ketamine treatments by Lauren Bursey and she is absolutely incredible. She is very knowledgeable on the subject matter and walks you through step by step on what she is doing. I have experienced depression and anxiety since I was 13 and have been medicated and using these treatments I have felt a difference in my mood, patience and unhealthy cravings. The office is very clean, but it still has a comfort to it so you just feel calm walking in the door. Ketamine treatments are becoming more and more widely used and I like how Lauren monitors your heartrate, breathing and other vital signs during the entire session and if you need to talk to help process a feeling she is so compassionate and willing to listen. God truly works through people and Lauren is a person that had a genuine heart of gold and puts her patients wellbeing over any dollar amount.
