Dr. Florentino is a great doctor. She is kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She gives you her time and you don't feel rushed. She completely cleared up my acne with a prescription and precise products. I highly recommend her.

Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Florentino was very pleasant, and my qualms were not with her but with every other facet of my visit. Being a first time patient, I arrived thirty minutes before my 1:00 PM appointment but still didn't see the doctor until 2:30. Two hours of waiting with most of that time being spent in the waiting area which had an (maybe 2 or 3 minute loop) infomercial playing on repeat advertising some cosmetic service offered at the clinic. Perhaps many others would have no problem tuning this out, and it certainly would have been fine if there was no volume (they couldn't turn it down, I asked), but if i'm already paying money to see a doctor why should I be subjected to a repetitive commercial? I will not be returning as I see this as disrespectful of their patients as apparently we are nothing but consumers to make an extra dollar off of.

Awesome group of people who are extremely friendly ..helpful and informative who also show they care. They give you individual attention and they make you feel very welcome and they make your visit as least stressed as possible, personally I couldn't ask for a better experience or staff...they are all extremely awesome and I wouldn't be on my way to kicking cancer if it weren't for these wonderful ladies!

The service to accept you is ridiculous, after not answering the line you leave your message, then they call you, you give your information and when you get to insurance, they tell me that I have to call the insurance and tell them to fax the information. Okay I call the insurance and they tell me that the doctor has to call the number on the card to receive the information, that they do not send a fax. Then I call the dermatologist's office again and inform them and they tell me that they do not call the insurance. After more than an hour between talking to the secretary and insurance. I finished saying, thank you I'm going to do my business to another place, the most that there are dermatologists. It was a very bad experience for me.

Horrible attitude when I called in. My son and I I have had to reschedule our very first appt and they refused to reschedule stating we were a no call no show. I left a message to cancel. They were unwilling to take one of my children because of it. We are new patients and had no idea of there rules!!
