Domino's Pizza

Hair, hair and lot of hair !! We ordered the stuffed crust pizza yesterday and it had lot of hair in the pizza dough ! Had to throw away all the pizza. Disappointed!

I order from here quite frequently. However, this evening my order was incorrect. I called and asked to speak to the manager. He said yeah, when he answered the phone. I explained to him that I ordered the buffalo five mac n cheese, but only received regular mac and cheese. His reply was okay what you want me to do about it. He was very rude and unapologetic for the error in which was made. I would prefer to have the meal in which I had paid for.

Pizza is literly sitting in a soup of grease. The entire pizza crust and all is too soggy to eat. Did call and got refunded but was awful. Garlic bites where good though. Just really gross.

Hmmmm, wonder why Dominoes sales are in toilet? A month ago the website would not take my order because “someone had ordered $300 in pizza and not picked up” Why are you telling me this? Last week I walked in to order, and they said “everything is full price unless I order online” And they were very unfriendly when they said it. So I left. They will never see me again. I always left big tips when I walk in. Making the customer jump through hoops and making things difficult only hurts your business and makes everyone have a bad day

3/28/25 - does anyone understsnd PIE CUT!!!!!!! 9/29 - ordered 2 each 2 topping pizzas, pie cut - one was missing a topping, the other not pie cut. 9/22 - ordered 2 each 2 topping pizzas pie cut. For once it was perfect. 9/8/23 - dont even have delivery as an option if no delivery drivers. Pizza out of oven and 45 min later not even on the way! 8/4/23: apparently if you order on the internet instead of using the app, the special "pie cut" does not show on the printout at the store for the order. Previous weeks delivery person provided this information. Ordered thru the app and "voila" both pizzas were pie cut. 7/14/23 - Unless you get there when pizza comes out of oven, it will not be pie cut even if you requested. Called store and got excuses about training new employees. Then got cut off! On 7/ 4 when all were pie cut, we were there to make sure pie cut. 7/4/23 - A+ today - all 9 pizzas pie cut! Got one with the Parm garlic sauce with premium chicken, jalapenos, and green peppers. Everybody liked it. 6/30/23 - again not pie cut as requested!!!6/23/23 - again, specific instruction for pie cut! NO! Why have the option if they don't look at the order!!!!! They don't look at the customer request for square or pie cut. 2 of ours were square cut before we knew they were working our order. The music was very obnoxious, which is OK except it was so loud! Very short staffed. One person there until a delivery driver came in to help. 3 weeks later order same pizzas for pie cut, 1 pie cut the other square cut!
