Dollar Tree

First, I love to visit Dollar trees and find deals, however when I walked in to this location, I honestly thought they had been robbed. I have never been in a store that was in that bad of shape, it is impossible to describe what it actually looked like.

I was here at 3:20 on June 15, 2025. There was only one register open. Code 3 for another register and Manager was called to the front but never came. I got into one of my rush modes and left bag by accident since had to be at one of my jobs by 3:30pm I work at a gas station during mornings and pizza shop in the nights and I know that feeling of being alone on register with no help. Feel bad for the lady who was working. Did 'tip' $5 even though most places like gas stations and stores you aren't really supposed to. She was extremely kind and caring for everyone waiting in the long line. That is definitely difficult to have in this day and age in her situation.

This store and many more in the Augusta and Georgia areas is a disaster and apparently by reading other reviews it’s been this way for some time…not the most friendly and inviting places to be… the stocking of shelves are bad … very very disorganized.. products all over the place… floors are filthy…it’s ridiculous!! Start caring about what your stores look like and how they’re being operated …how many times do you have to be told and how long is it going to take before there’s a difference in what’s happening.. and the fact you expect customers to shop this way .. why??????

Dollar tree is the best place to shop if you're on a budget and even if you're not you save a lot of money by getting their products. I found everything that I was looking for also the cashier was very knowledgeable understanding and helpful.

Stopped by to check out some baking items and the aisles were so cluttered, you could not find anything. The cashier I encountered was so friendly though. I will not be back until they clean up.
