Dollar Car Rental

I had a reservation for midnight June 1. No agents are even available at the Augusta airport at that time. None, from any company. Why take the reservation? And then I get a car the next day at a higher rate? If you don't have one at the rate reserved then I should still get any car at the same rate.

Had a reservation and when I arrived in Augusta was told there were NO CARS AVAILABLE. How can you have a confirmed reservation and have no cars available? I asked at every car rental place and nobody had cars except after hanging out at Hertz, was told I might be able to get a dirty car. At this point it didn't matter what type of car it was, I needed a vehicle to get to my destination 45 minutes away! One Hertz rep was rude (I believe he said he was with Dollar) and told me NO cars and another walked up and was the one that whispered they may have a dirty car available. After they finished with their customer, I finally was able to secure a clean car. I appreciated the Hertz rep helping me out. It was 8:30pm at night. Hard to find a vehicle at that time! Not the first time this has happened, either!

After a competing company was unable to provide me a vehicle when I had made a reservation 3 weeks prior, the Augusta Dollar Team stepped up to provide me an excellent vehicle. They really saved me! Thanks to Scott for his excellent service.
