Really glad I called Doc Savage. Everyone was great to work with from Brandon advising me on repairs to Chuck giving me options for a new unit to Missy taking care of the financing. Once I decided on the new unit they were able to get it sooner than expected and the install team was absolutely fantastic.. All around great experience for each phase of my project..

I had my AC service by Doc Savage Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. The young man was very courteous and professional. He took care not to track dirt in and around my house. At the end he explained what he cleaned and/or checked and the condition of my unit and the main parts. Most important to me, he answered all my questions in general terms. I would/have recommended this company to friends/neighbors.

Everyone was very professional and very friendly! Joey helped us out the most by braking everything down for us in a way that was easy to understand and told us the best options for us. We needed a lot of work done on our house (new system, new furnace, and new ducts). They finished everything in only 4 days! They gave us a very affordable payment plan option that’s perfect for our budget. It came with an amazing warranty as well! I would highly recommend this company for all your heating and air needs!! Our Ac downstairs wasn't working properly and I called 5 different companies to come and check it. Doc Savage was the only one with availability to get out to us next day. The technician was knowledgeable but we opted not to get serviced after being diagnosed with a freon leak. We scheduled an appointment to see a sells man to have the unit replaced. The sell man was very knowledgeable and curteous but the quote was really high. We decided to go with another company we had our 1st unit replaced with. They had a more reasonable price we were quoted 3,000.00 less with Riverside. Overall the experience wasn't bad just expensive.

Outstanding! After 17 years of use, we found ourselves needing to replace our heating and air system. Our old system broke down just as the Georgia heat was going up. Not knowing where to begin to look for a reputable and affordable company, we turned to our friends and family on Facebook. Within minutes, we had several recommendations and the first was Doc Savage.  Long story short, we are beyond thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded all our expectations. In addition to a new system, our job included a much needed reconstruction HVAC closet and air return box. The team did an amazing and outstanding job with that. What used to be a creepy, not to mention filthy, area where our system was pulling in dirty air is now clean and closed off. This is a HUGE improvement! The entire team, Joey, Henry, Aaron and Josh were professional, punctual, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident at every step. The installation team were in our home for two full days. Each day, they were prompt and on time. And, let us say, they worked together as a fine-tuned team. Each one helping the other. At no time did we see anyone standing idle. Their work area was left neat and clean as if they hadn't been here. As for the system itself, it has been an absolute game-changer. The air conditioning is superb, effortlessly cooling our home in this Georgia heat. We’re looking forward to seeing the energy efficiency of the system as the system we did have was working overtime to keep our house barely cool. Additionally, the advanced features, such as programmable settings with the smart thermostat integration, have made managing the temperature in our home incredibly convenient.
