I called Direct Services to replace an existing bathroom sink faucet. I had been given a quote by my regular plumber that was ridiculously high, so I looked elsewhere. Direct Services did an exceptional job at a very fair price. The technician explained everything to me and went out of his way to keep everything clean and neat (to the extent of wearing shoe protection when walking on my carpet -- a first!). I am extremely pleased and have found my new plumber!

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Direct Services Plumbing. I had an issue with my garbage disposal so my problem didn’t require immediate attention, but I got it anyway! I was able to arrange for a technician to come to my house and fix my problem, all within a couple of hours. The technician was so nice, personable, professional, and efficient. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a couple of options to consider, along with the cost of each. He did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Direct Services to anyone with plumbing issues.

I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub. Seth came out and was very professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He gave an estimate on the price before doing the work. He was thorough, quick and efficient. He was very careful with cleanliness. He wore booties inside the house to protect the floor and cleaned up after his work. I mentioned a slow drain and he fixed that too. I would highly recommend Direct Services for any plumbing job. I am very pleased with their work.

The company is extremely responsive and thorough. The repair didn't take and they came back the next day to address it, no charge. I would be happy to use them again for any plumbing issues. Good job guys.

Rick and Company are great! I have called on this company for the last 7 years. I appreciate the professionalism and quality of their work. Recently I needed new pipe work done on top of my hot water heater. Seth came out and replaced the pipes using copper. It was amazing and he is very good at doing copper plumbing. He did a wonderful job. Thank you Seth!!!
