Diablo's Southwest Grill

i came around 12:30, no spicy chicken or corn, food was bland, and also paid for a cup of water. the cashier lady went into the lobby to ask how all the tables were and deliberately ignored mine

Nobody can wrap the burritos right so I have to unwrap them. This one was disgusting from being so soggy and I threw it away. There’s no soap in the restrooms. This Diablos has gone so downhill.

Alisha C. Was amazing. We came in near closing and she offered to make us pico since they were out. Then we ordered two cups of queso to go with our meals and she asked if we wanted the large bags of chips they come with. When she opened the chip warmer and realized there weren’t quite enough to fill two bags she asked us if we wanted to wait and get fresh chips for both bags. We decided to do that and she chatted with us while we waited and the entire time she was very kind of bubbly. Overall this was a fantastic experience and one the really showed a level of customer service that far exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this location for quality food and exceptional customer service.

This was one of my favorite restaurants but recently the quality has gone down so much. This is about the fifth time in the past two months I’ve walked in and the pico is in huge chunks like they got too lazy to actually chop it and today the lettuce was straight of out a salad mix from the grocery store not shredded at all. At this point I’d rather drive across town to the other location then try and get a bowl from here because it’s getting ridiculous.

This Diablos used to be the best one in the CSRA but for the past year it has fallen entirely flat. The staff cut corners and don’t care about their customers, and the food has become lack luster. I have had better experiences at McDonald’s. Do not eat here unless you want your food cold and workers colder.
