We purchased our 2nd appliance (dryer) from Dave’s on Friday. We purchased a new fridge after Helene. Dryer was delivered and installed today. The process was once again quick and easy. Both staff and delivery guys were top notch.

**Buyer Beware!!** TLDR SUMMARY: If you get something "scratch and dent", take a pic of the serial number and call the manufacturer to get any return/damage history on appliance. Dave's may claim it is discounted for cosmetic issues and not disclose other issues/previous repairs. Also, they offer poor customer service. FULL STORY: I purchased a "scratch and dent" refrigerator from Dave's, which they claimed was discounted solely due to cosmetic issues. The fridge was delivered on 5/27, but I immediately noticed temperature setting problems. When I reached out for assistance, I was dismissed and told to watch YouTube videos. I thought this was a little rude, but figure that's okay...I am perfectly capable of doing that. After realizing the issue was not just a setting, I officially reported it. I was again dismissed and told they would not look into it and that I needed to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. I expected them to be a little more engaged in determining the issue since it was so recently delivered. But again, I thought that's okay....that's what the warranty is for. It's taken four weeks to diagnose the problem with Samsung’s third-party servicer, during which I learned the appliance had a history of warranty claims and had been returned. This prior repair history was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, which seems a bit misleading/deceptive. Scratch and dent are different from used/repaired/returned. Dave's indicated that it was only discounted for cosmetic scratch and dent. If Samsung deems the fridge unrepairable, I may receive a refund, but I will still incur costs for delivery, installation, and spoiled food during this month-long wait (4 weeks and counting, I have another technician appoint scheduled a week from today). Between poor customer service, questionable product quality, and misleading sales practices, I cannot recommend Dave's. Consider spending a bit more elsewhere for a better experience and reliable products.

Robert was incredibly helpful and patient! He took the time to help us triple check our measurements to ensure we were well prepared for installation. He was able to find the very specific and unusual size wall ovens we needed and help us find a perfect replacement for our cooktop!

Always support local! Dave's saves you LOTS of $$$ and has top-tier brands to choose from..the staff is top-knotch and has excellent customer service skills. I would recommend Dave's above all the other big-box appliance retailers in the CSRA. Go save with Dave!!

I chose this store because of the good reviews but my experience has been frustrating. When I purchased the refrigerator 7 months ago, I was told that the 3 year service plan I added on (have receipt for) would be emailed to me. Even after multiple phone calls and two additional visits to the store, I still have no copy of my service plan. And now my appliance needs servicing! Each contact with the store, including today’s which is 7 months later, resulted in an explanation that the salesperson is no longer with the store and that they will follow through. I wish the customer service folks were more interested in helping me get the service plan than placing blame on a former employee. I just want to get my 7 month old GE appliance repaired.
