I got a cake from there today and the middle Ice-cream was missing we called and they said they would get us a new one free of change when we got there they tried to charge us 16 bucks for a replacement we offered to bring the other cake back but they didn’t except and still tried to charge us never going there again. By the way we have been going there for years to get the cake no problem until today.

I stopped by to pick up an Oreo Blizzard and received a premade Oreo Blizzard. If I wanted a premade frozen Oreo ice cream, I would have gone to a grocery store. Nonetheless, as soon as I drove off from the drive-through, the cup was as consistent as the ice cream. Had I eaten that, I would have been sick for some days. However, I went back into the store and asked the guy to make me a fresh Oreo Blizzard, and he pulled out more frozen Oreo Blizzards from the fridge. Once again, I told him I won’t eat that and asked him to make it fresh. He tried, but this time there were minimal Oreos in the blizzard. Therefore, I went back inside and requested a full refund. A cook came out of the back and made another blizzard for me and processed my refund, but it was over by then, I would not have eaten it if it were my last meal on earth 🌍. Lastly, I will say that the supervision here has to be better for there’s no way these guys should be eating (middle eastern young guy) ice cream at the drive through while serving crappy food. Additionally, if someone orders food and then another customer (behind the guy who ordered food) orders ice cream, politely ask the first customer to pull forward since making ice cream doesn’t take as long. Everything should be made fresh to order. It seems from this Dairy Queen that they have sacrificed quality for quantity, which will be a recipe for disaster. If upper management doesn’t make immediate changes, this place is doomed.

I just moved here, and absolutely love Dairy Queen. I was excited that there was one nearby, while going through the move. I stopped at this Dairy Queen three times total once a week for three weeks. First time I went I got my blizzard with a lid on it, which I thought was strange because they usually took it upside down at the location. I am coming from, once I opened it I understood why I didn’t, it was extremely runny and melted. I thought maybe it’s the machine, but then I go back a second and a third time And it is the exact same. I have never had a solid ice cream blizzard from this location. It is runny and melted like a milkshake every time. I will not be returning to this location.

I wish I could give a 1 star. My son ordered this through uber eats and honestly just an overall terrible experience. First, the driver calls to say they don’t have the ice cream drink we ordered. He asked for an alternative selection. My son said a slush, guess what? They didn’t have slushes. I’m confused how Dairy Queen, a place that predominantly sells ice cream has nothing available ever (went a few weeks ago to their brick and mortar and the same thing). They ended up replacing his drink with a strawberry shake. They sent the drink with the big open top with NOTHING covering it. How do you give an open top cup to a driver who needs to transport this item in their car and up to a location with nothing on it? The bag gets sealed but the drink is completely open for any and everything to go into it? Please make this make sense next time. Don’t recommended this location at all!

I wish I could leave negative stars. I have a wheat allergy and my husband went in and asked if they could make their traditional ice cream cake (vanilla, chocolate, with a layer of fudge in the middle) minus the cookie pieces. They said yes and we picked it up. When we cut into the ice cream cake, the whole thing was chocolate with a layer of cookie crumbles in the center, which obviously I cannot eat. My husband called, but no one answered the phone and their mailbox was full. He drove back and explained the situation and my allergy, showed DQs own photo of what it was supposed to look like, and they apologized and said they’d make another one and refund us. Great! He drove back up at 9:30 pm and picked up the ice cream cake. We cut into this one, and the whole thing is brownie ice cream… full of wheat brownie pieces… no vanilla, no chocolate, and no fudge. So, I never got a birthday cake and my husband wasted two hours driving back and forth. Absolutely insane that they couldn’t make a cake just minus the cookies. Twice.
