Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Wait time here is pretty short overall. Usually go through drive thru. Haven’t been inside this location in a few years so I can’t speak on the cleanliness. I do know compared to Washington Rd location this is a better store . The prices here are cheaper and they take pride in their work . Quality ice cream and frozen drinks .

Received good food and good service today! I ordered the chicken finger basket with gravy and honey mustard. Normally they forget one or the other when I go to the other locations. Not only did I get both this time but she made sure I had ketchup too, that I didn’t even ask for! The women working the window was very pleasant and made sure I received what I ordered, which something so small makes a difference! The food was fresh and hot, and I received a good amount of fries that other locations don’t give! The wait was kind of long in the drive through but it was worth the wait.

This place is so disappointing. Traveled from out of town stopped in get blizzard the young man at the counter was making the blizzards when some ice cream came out the cup. Now he reached down into the red bucket of water pulled out the rag and wiped the cup. I asked him why he would use that rag which from where I was standing could’ve been any rag wipe counters machine and he just laughed. I asked for a manager he said was manager but wouldn’t give me his name and continue to laugh. Do not patronize and Dairy Queen you need to look into this matter people can get really sick from this place. Worst experience ever.

Great experience for a dessert stop! Quick counter service and DQ ice cream. The location is a little hard to get in and out of during high traffic times but easy the rest of the day.

Sucks. Chick at the counter avoided eye contact with me the whole time I was standing at the counter. Never asked if I was ready to order or anything. Just acted like I kicked her dog or something. My cone was leaking out when she handed it to me. The 25 napkins she wrapped around it were stuck in the chocolate that she dipped it in. My wife’s blizzard was like soup. Had to get it remade. And they didn’t flip any of the 3 blizzards we ordered. The booths were all dirty with food.
