CVS

I always shop at CVS. The extra bucks rewards monthly coupled with other savings are very helpful. The staff are all courteous and very helpful. The store is also very clean and organized. I encourage everyone to enroll in the extra care program. The yearly cost is very inexpensive and it includes many monthly savings with free shipping.

I have used CVS in Grovetown at least 5 times since we have moved to the area. Each visit has been a pleasureable experience. They have been wonderful to work with when returning phone calls and promptly filling important prescriptions. I appreciate their help with my family's needs especially since we are new to the area.

I have been with CVS Pharmacy in Grovetown over 20 years. I have not had good experiences lately and I think their business is too good for the number of people they have serving the customers. Customer support has gone down and I can see the workers are frustrated as well. I am moving my business to a different pharmacy where the service is better.

Why does it take 5 hours to fill a prescription? Why do they tell you to come in 3 hours only for you to be told it's not ready come back in an hour or so? This is uncalled for and unprofessional. This pharmacy use to be good, 2 years back-totally revamped the staff and it's gone hill every since.

We had a prescription sent over about a week ago. We went up there to see if it was ready which they said it would be ready the following day. We forgot that day so went the next morning and they still hadn’t had it and told us it would be in the next day so went go up there and now it’s all of a sudden on back order. My daughter needs the medication so we asked another pharmacy to fill it but they can’t because this cvs has it “in process”. Everytime we go up there to check on it they always have an attitude and the short black lady that had the glasses looked at me like I was insane because I guess I seemed like I was repeating myself trying to figure out when they would get it in and when we would be able to figure out a solution and she was so rude then when I gave it back she went and got someone else to talk to me. That man seems like the only one up there who has any sense of empathy towards customers. If you have medication you require every day I suggest you save yourself the skipped days and fill it somewhere else. Day 7 of my daughter not having her medicine and a bunch of rude pharmacists.
