CVS

I am nurse that works for a Hospice company and I called on behalf of my patient to inquire about a medication. When I called the pharmacy, I spoke with a pharmacy employee named Kasey, she was rude and had a condescending tone when talking to me. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to get clarification about the medication. I told her that if she is talking to me in that manner, I can only imagine how her or another employee spoke to the patient and family on the phone. The family called asking me to help with getting the medication filled or at least get the truth from the pharmacy, because they felt like they were being lied to and not given a truthful explanation about their medication. According to the patient, first they were told it would be ready at a certain on the day of the call, but when they called to see if the medication was ready, they were told it wouldn't be ready until the next day. When they called they next day, then were told it was not going to be filled until the following day because now it was a day too soon to be filled. When I told Kasey that I wanted to speak to another person because I did not like her tone or rudeness, she just put me on hold without saying ok or I will get someone. If this employee was talking to me rudely, then she probably do it to others and if other employees does it too, then corporate really need to take a visit to the store or do a ghost shopper or caller to see it.

Dropped off my prescription paper last week for medication and they lost my entire prescription within a week. After calling them they had no idea about anything I gave them. If you do happen to use this cvs, be sure to call ahead and have your doctor give them the prescription because obviously they cannot keep up with anything that they are given over the counter.

Great staff and service every time I have to pick up medicines. Plenty of parking and a drive thru for convenience.

Went to this cvs for a simple prescription pickup. Waited in line for nearly an hour. The lady at the window moved super freaking slow, as if she had no care in the world. When she finally came to the window, she said, “give me a few more seconds, I have to recount something”.. what was she doing the 50 min prior to telling us that? Idk. Horrible experience.
