My pharmacist was out of my medicine. She told me that this pharmacy has the medicine and she that I could have it switched over ( just for this script) so that I could get it today. This pharmacy isnt that far for me so I agreed. I called this pharmacist and he refused to fill it y today. I was questioning him, wanting to understand why he would not fill it today.(getting it today being the only reason I switched it) He told me he was not arguing with me. I said sir Im not arguing, I only want to understand. He told me it was against the law for my pharmacist to tell me to go to his pharmacy and get it fill today. He said that individual CVS had their own set of policies not CVS policys. He then refused to fill my medicine. He had a nasty attitude & told me he refused me because he deemed my medicine NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY!!! This pharmacist must also be a doctor to be bold as to make that statement!! I will NEVER use this pharmacy EVER!! This pharmacist has no respect for customers. Mainly no respect for himself to treat others so horribly!!

Update as of 12/28/24: I scheduled an online appointment for 11 AM today, but when I checked in, I was told I’d only have to wait “a minute.” After 15 minutes of waiting, I inquired about the status and was informed, “We’re trying. We’re really behind right now.” When I asked for an estimated wait time, it took 5 minutes to receive a response: “We’re trying our best.” Bottom line: I wouldn’t recommend getting your vaccinations here. The appointment system seems ineffective, and it’s clear they are understaffed. === end of update === I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from CVS Pharmacy's online division. I booked appointments for my wife and me to receive several vaccinations at the Richland CVS location. I was given several options for date and time and received a confirmation the day before. Upon arriving at the pharmacy, we checked in using the CVS website as instructed. We received a text message confirming our check-in. However, when we informed the pharmacist that we were there for our appointments, we were told they had **no vaccinations available** and that we should try again next week. To add insult to injury, we received an email at home while we were at the pharmacy stating that we needed to reschedule our appointments. This complete disconnect between the online system and the actual pharmacy is unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating to be given a confirmation, only to be told at the last minute that the service is unavailable. I expect better from CVS.

The pharmacy is being disorganized. I came back three days for an Rx and it wasn’t ready, even though an employee assured me on the phone that it was ready. They are unapologetic about their lack of service.

Takes forever to get medicine, the retail part of the store does not greet people, and the customers are mad because the pharmacy is sooooo slow and take forever every visit. Then a Timothy Hutto sent me a rather scathing email about a survey I filled out. Awful place. I will be looking into a new pharmacy!

The pharmacy is not open when it says it is. Twice I’ve went during normal business hours and the pharmacy was closed except for drive-through. Had to wait in a long car line before getting to the window. What should have been a quick prescription pickup, turned into a 45 min. wait. Ain’t nobody got time fo dat!
