CVS

My parents had an unacceptable experience at the Pharmacy on January 23rd, 2025. We have been filling my dads prescriptions with CVS for over 25 years and will unfortunately not be doing so anymore after the last negative experiences. After being asked to come inside after waiting for 20 mins in the drive through pick up lane, they were disrespected by the Pharmacy staff and spoken to so rudely. My father is a heart patient and keeping a low stress lifestyle is imperative to his health and wellness. Being provoked and riled up by your staff has caused him distress resulting in us never giving CVS our business again. As a previous CVS store manager in Manhattan, I was embarrassed to hear that he was treated so poorly by individuals at your 2062 whiskey road Aiken location who are supposed to embody the core values of the brand. This location can not keep a staff and the quality of it's worker's have declined every visit we make. After reading the other google reviews about this location, I can clearly see we were not the only ones to receive this kind of treatment. As someone who never leaves reviews, this interaction 100% warranted people knowing about the lack of care and respect the staff displays for people picking up medications. It's 2025 and options for affordable pharmaceutical care are vast, do better CVS.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sat in the pharmacy drive thru for 50 minutes because they had the inside pharmacy window closed. When I pulled up to the window one of the techs put a hand written sign on the drive thru window saying they were closing at 5. Then he locked the window and pulled down the shade right in front of my face offering no explanation. There were at least 10 cars behind me waiting as well. What kind of business does this to their customers? I work in customer service and would never turn away customers that were in line before closing, much less when a decision was apparently made to close early. I will never do business here again and would highly recommend nobody else doing business here as well. I can't believe just how unprofessional this was handled.

I was very unhappy today at the drive thru...the line was very long and took for ever....I was there at 12pm on May 1st 2025...the girl at the window took my name and then closed the window and perceived to start texting and scrolling on Facebook...then she went too get my prescription...very rude and unprofessional if u ask me....NO WONDER I WAS ON THE LINE FOR 45 MIINUTES....

My cashier was “Extra Care Helpful”! I’ve been coming to CVS well over 25 years and had moved to SC from GA via NJ. I could never used my extra care bucks because unbeknownst to me, I had an old 25 year old phone number associated with my card. However, this young Lady was happy to help me update my new number right then and there! The world needs more “Extra Care” people like her!!! Kudos, young Lady.

I’ve always come to them to make sure everything is good with me and never had any issues whatsoever. Mindy and Rebecca are AMAZING! I prefer coming to them over going to a primary doctor. They always make me feel comfortable and heard, they’re very professional and gentle when treating you. Amazing people inside & out.
