Cushman Paint and Body

My vehicle has been here three weeks for a scratched back rear panel. I was supposed to receive updates every Tuesday and Thursday and so far I’ve been getting the updates that sells my car is in the paint shop for the last two weeks but every time I go by there and look, my car is sitting in the same place outside with the bumper off And when you called there, no one ever called back so my review of Cushman is that if I ever have another experience where I have to take my car for paint or collision, it will not be to Cushman’s on Wrightsboro Road. I am very dissatisfied with their service and they also wanted to add extra stuff And said things were wrong with the card that I just didn’t believe that I just decided not to do.

Go somewhere else! Let’s see, we haven’t received any updates on our car repairs, they don’t answer the phone, and the voicemail isn’t setup. Very amateur as a business operation, I hope the repairs are at least serviceable. I have been without a car for weeks now and have no idea what is going on.

Hit down power line late one night. Messed my hood and roof up. Also broke side mirror off. Appraisers were quick and decided to use Cushman. Very pleased with the repairs they did, Looks Great!! It even looks like they cleaned the inside. Great people to do business with!!

Years ago we had our bumper cover repainted. That work turned out ok. But then after someone hit our right fender while we where parked at Best Buy, we been having problems, after Cushman replaced the fender. The bumper cover on the right side started to hang down. Not much, but enough that you could see a gap under the right headlight. I went back twice to complain about it and have them fix it, and the supervisor back then try to convince me that every car, had a little gap where the bumper cover and the fender meet. Well my gap was not just a little gap. You could see it was hanging down under the headlight. It was like a v shape cap, and under the headlight a gap He wanted to charge me again, in order to fix it. I took it to a different place, and they told me, that my Bumper cover brackets needed replacing. I never went back to Cushman after that.
