Crumbl - Riverwatch

I always have such a pleasant experience at crumbl!! Terry was super nice to me and it was such a positive experience. My cookies always live up to expectations and never disappoint! I love coming here and looking forward to the new flavors weekly :)

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find this Crumbl Cookie location when we visited Top Golf in Augusta. Being familiar with the brand, we simply HAD to visit and sate our craving for these very special cookies. I don't know how they do it, but Crumbl cookies are quite simply, "The Best": great flavor combos, and always soft, chewy centers. I have read reviews where people complain about price, but in a world where people pay $7 for a latte, these cookies are a bargain. Plus, they truly are an indulgence. If you are looking for economy, Keebler will be more than happy to accommodate you (and there truly IS a time and place for Keebler too. Believe me, I know! :/ ) Crumbl is an "experience"...you go into their stores - they are always clean and bright..and check out what is on offer for the week. It's like the Apple Store for cookies. The people working there are always patient and willing to explain the details about the week's menu. At the Augusta Riverwatch store, we had the good fortune to encounter TERRY...who walked us through everything with a genuine, kindly demeanor, and sent us on our way happily with a box of 4 large cookies that barely made it through the drive home to Aiken, SC. I would like to give some gratitude and appreciation to Jared and Terry! They were beyond professional, they were outstanding as soon as we walked in. They greeted us and asked us if there was anything they could do to help us. The store was very clean and to me that is a number one must and then when I went to go pick up my cookies at the counter they brought my cookies over to show me them first to see if they were to my liking and then they closed the box and they were so kind. Both of them greeted me and my daughter out This is the best cookie crumble that I have ever been to. I highly recommend this store I love you guys. I love you cookie crumble🥰 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪 Great

Cookies were great and came out as soon as possible. Definitely recommending to all friends and family. Jarred and Terry were definitely helpful and helping me find out what order was best for me. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!

I just had the BEST experience at Crumbl thanks to Jared and Terry! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and helpful. Jared made sure my order was perfect and even offered great recommendations, while Terry was super friendly and had such great energy, it made the whole visit feel extra special.
