The cookie shop was clean, cute, and had a really fun vibe inside. I loved the layout,it felt welcoming and bright, a great spot to visit with kids,as for the cookies, they were a bit too heavy and sweet for my personal taste. I think that’s just the style they go for, and that might be perfect for others who like rich, indulgent treats. My kids absolutely loved them though, so I’ll definitely be bringing them back! If you have a sweet tooth or you’re visiting with little ones, this place is worth a stop.

Added Note: Raised a star bc they replied and will likely try again in the future- to see if this was a one-off. 🤷‍♀️ I appreciate they responded, I agree 'different tastes' and stand by my review on ones I tried. *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Husband brought home six cookie from here today. He said they were about $14 for the 6. Our adult son and daughter-in-law have raved about the place and I have tried some sort of cookie they made and I did like it, but - I have to confess- I have not been nor have I heard of it. I wasn't with DH when he ordered, but he said that this was akin to in-store iPad, presented the 6-8 types at that time. Was this because it was in the afternoon? Was this because they only make so many per day? Is this because they like to change what they make and not keep a consistent type? Got me. (Shrugs) I just know the ones he brought home- 2 choc chip, 2 choc with choc frosting, 1 Carmel & sea salt, and one called something pretzel strawberry something he can't recall. Everyone has their own tastes. Some are more picky than others. To be fair, I'm picky and have texture issues with food. I also generally prefer to eat natural and organics- but love something sweet. I like to look for shops that can provide what I can make- without my effort and amount of sweets home-baking makes! Then I'd eat em and before long, we'd need to widen all the doors for me to fit through. No thanks. With that being said, I enjoy a good sweet. I'm hopeful when I get recommendations about places, too, and I have tried something that I have liked. This is not the case from my DH's visit today. These, by in large, were not for me. 🫣 The caramel sea salt was a pretty good cookie. It didn't taste like it was from a carton or a stale hospital waiting room. It seemed to be fulled cooked. It was neither attractive nor unattractive. It looked basic. Minimalism is aces with me in food. I prefer it. Simple. Tidy. Neat. Uncomplicated. Not...

The caramel cookie came chilled but was better after it set out for a minute at room temperature, the cookies & cream was ok, the rocky road was a little tough, and to my surprise the pink donut was the best at first bite.

I really try to avoid eating gluten, so I was hesitant to try, but these cookies were really good. I ordered the guava cookie and the cheesecake cookie. The guava cookie was my favorite and it tastes just like guava 😊 Robb & Matt provided excellent customer service and make my first time visiting crumbl cookies a great experience!

We tried six different flavors. The cold cookies were pretty good, but the warm ones were a bit too gooey in the middle for our liking. Overall, they were just… okay. For the price (and the calories), it’s really not worth it.
