Michael Scott was my contact and regional representative. Couldn’t ask for a more personable and always professional person. Answered my many questions, some outside the book. Promised a thorough inspection and a quality job. He delivered on this and more. Their employee Christopher performed the work with care and skill. Nice, clean job fellas- job well done!

These guys did a phenomenal job. They were super nice and very detail oriented. The space looks amazing and the work they did was definitely built to last. I feel like I will never have to worry about my crawl space again because of these guys. I was also really surprised at how much my electricity bill went down after this job was done. My air quality also feels so much better than before. I was nervous because I know this is a huge project. But all around this was a good choice and a great experience. 10 stars

Crawl Space Ninja did an excellent job on my encapsulation. They put in long hours and got the job done, in some cases going the extra mile for me, without being asked and at no extra expense, to ensure I was happy with their work. For the first time since I bought my house, my Crawlspace is clean, insulated, and protected. To make inspecting the crawlspace easier, I added two video cameras, so that I can check my dehumidifier and my drainage pumps from my smartphone. I never even have to go down there.

We just recently had the pleasure of doing business with the team from Crawl Space Ninja of Augusta for a total encapsulation. From the onset, our initial meeting with Jessica set the tone and once we were scheduled, they did not fail to complete the job according to established expectations. On day one of the job, Noah and his partner (forgive me for not getting his name) showed up on time, early actually, to meet with me and describe the sequence of events. After our discussion, I headed back to work and they got busy. 3 days later we had the finished product for which we were pleased. The following week we scheduled a final walkthrough with Mike the manager. We discussed a few items that we noticed and he had them addressed immediately the following day. One other thing to point out is that Noah was the most polite, professional young man that I have ever worked with. How comforting these days especially. Like any project, there were a few hiccups, mainly communications. Early on there was a typo on our contact number so the message was never received. It was finally addressed and rectified for all further discussions. I believe that when you see the before and after shots of this project, you will also be impressed. Highly recommend them.
