Crash Champions Collision Repair Grovetown

This business has a polite staff. They kept me informed about progress, however vehicle was not ready when it was promised. My vehicle was in their charge for almost 2 months (55 days). The process caused me stress, money and inconvenience. I think they should review their policy of having the vehicle dropped off before they are ready to begin work on it. I will not choose crash champions in the future.

I don't recommend this business Crash Champions Collision body shop to no one very POOR SERVICES from management to technicians. The level of work they preformed was UNPROFESSIONAL SORRY 😞 4 chances and I feel let down. So be very careful before you take your car to them even if the INC Company recommend them. I TOTALLY FEEL LRT DOWN!!!!

The customer service is very good, they are nice and keep you informed, which makes it hard to post a bad review. The paint matching and decal came out very good. Unfortunately, the car will need to be taken to a different shop to finish. The front bumper is not aligned; front portion under hood looks warped and uneven, the side bumper is approx. 1/4" off from front fender. Fog lights don't work and they replace F/L headlamp with stock light bulb, not the upgraded HID lights that are on the vehicle. NOTE: they had the vehicle 2 1/2 months and I received the car the day before leaving the state (which I mentioned several times during the repair process) and the shop wasn't afforded the opportunity to fix the problems.

Our car isn’t finished yet, but I have to leave a review. I have SO much respect and appreciation for the workers here. There was some odd mixup with our insurance provider and the car rental place. But, Crash Champions literally became our *champions* and have been fighting for us. Talk about good customer service!!! They’ve been more than helpful!

Taylor, the nice reception lady and the crew, are a great team. My car repair was delayed by the parts supply channel. These folks have been nothing but excellent throughout 👏🏾🥰! I highly recommend them! W.H. Durham
