I regret to inform you that I must give this daycare a one-star rating. Upon reviewing feedback from other parents, it appears that the quality of care has declined significantly. There are serious concerns regarding the safety and well-being of the children. Currently, the facility is under investigation due to alarming incidents involving children in their care. In my own experience, my child returned home with multiple unexplained marks, which necessitated an immediate visit to the hospital. The attending physician indicated potential strangulation based on the symptoms presented. When I requested to review the surveillance footage from the daycare, I was told that it was not available, and staff were unaware of the circumstances that led to my child's injuries. This raises significant questions about their oversight and ability to ensure the safety of the children in their care. Additionally, it is troubling that other reviews indicate similar incidents involving harm to children at this daycare. There are also reports about the director having a concerning history of mistreating children with disabilities, which led to her prior termination and subsequent employment at another daycare facility. Since her arrival, there seems to have been a marked increase in reported injuries among the children. I urge parents to exercise caution when considering this daycare, as the current owners have been unresponsive to incidents involving child safety. It is imperative that potential clients remain informed about these issues, given that the facility is still under investigation. Please do not bring your child to this daycare. A lot of children have left this daycare.

The new management team is amazing! They’re very communicative and helpful. They have a lot more activities and it feels more like a daycare with all the decorations. A couple weeks ago my child was injured and they called right away. They were really communicative about the whole situation. It was very reassuring when I came up here to check on my child and felt that they genuinely cared.

The director runs a tight ship, I definitely feel that my children are safe in her care. We definitely miss Jennifer M. being the AD, she was great with communication and assuring my son had his medication on time every day. Both Jennifer and Kelly Marie are a great team.

I absolutely love this center. Children come in and do a whole 360 and turn into little social butterflies. The teachers & staff are amazing and caring. The center is always clean & always has a great atmosphere.

Unsafe, Unaccountable, and Unfair – Avoid This Daycare If I could give this daycare zero stars, I absolutely would. My son has repeatedly fallen and hit his head while in their care, yet they refuse to take any responsibility. Their excuse? That their teachers "can’t watch all the children at the same time." This is completely unacceptable—supervision and child safety should be their top priority. On multiple occasions, my son sustained injuries, and the teachers often had no idea how or when they happened. It’s clear that they do not actively monitor the children, allowing them to play however they want without proper oversight. To make matters worse, if something happens and you request to see camera footage, they won’t show you. Instead of being transparent, they become defensive and argumentative. That alone is a major red flag. I’ve also noticed clear favoritism at play—some children seem to receive more attention than others. I don’t know how they decide who gets watched more closely, but it’s obvious that not all kids are treated equally. No loving parent should entrust their child to a daycare that allows repeated injuries, refuses accountability, and plays favorites. Frequent head injuries can have serious long-term effects, and this daycare has shown time and again that they do not prioritize child safety. Please think twice before sending your child here—it’s simply not worth the risk.
