Courtyard Augusta

I am very disappointed with my experience. When I arrived I was placed in a handicapped room. I am not handicapped The covering on the door fell off. I clearly stated 2 people. The room was halfway equipped for one. I pulled out the ironing board to iron my clothes it was broken. I called the front desk desk to advise and was not respected for saying the room was unacceptable. I was placed in the very back, as a single woman I felt unsafe. The representative that checked us in was also the doorman and the cook, too much money for shotty service. I’ve always had a top notch experience but not at all on this trip.

Such a cute, cozy, quite and quaint hotel. The courtyard is so relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast potatos are amazing!!! And their blackout curtains really blackout the light. I will definitely be coming back here for a stay.

WARNING…. Bed Bugs!!! Stay away… Check in process sucked staff didn’t have any patience. I put my sister on the reservation to check in, Expedia system messed up. They fixed it they then asked my sister for card incidentals which she paid then they refused give her the keys says they will be at desk for me. Which makes no sense purpose of adding someone reservation so they can check in get keys. After hesitation and her explaining well why take my card and not give me keys. The employee responded to other employee I am tired and ready to go home so just give her the keys. Service trash, Location beware homeless, and worst part bed bugs even in the sofa clearly seen. I shower front desk staff the video of bugs and they offered another room. No way I want to stay here even in another room!!!

I just came back from my stay here and it was beyond great. I had a 5 hr drive in and when I walked into my room there was an envelope with a hand written note thanking me for my stay and letting me know my room was upgraded. The room was just what I needed to relax after long drive. The room was clean from top to bottom. The front desk staff is also great. Tia at the front desk was the best and made sure everything was fine. I will definitely be coming back when i'm in town for business again.

I was very disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel. The manager ROME was not polite and required me to walk elsewhere to make a copy of a form before allowing me to check in. After a long trip, this lack of basic assistance and courtesy was frustrating and unwelcoming BY ROME . I expect better service and support, especially from hotel staff in a hospitality role. This experience with ROME negatively impacted the start of my stay.
