Cosmo Prof

I was picking up something for someone else as I’m not a licensed cosmetologist. But the customer service was fantastic. The store looked like it was very clean and well stocked and very well organized.

I didn't even know this place was here! My hair stylist told me to go so I can use the same exact products that she uses in my hair. Staff were very friendly and eager to help anyway they could.

JC is very friendly and knowledgeable, she gave me plenty of recommendations and we eventually got the perfect shampoo for my hair type .

This is one of the worst cosmo profs I've ever been to. The manager is the sweetest, I only like going there when she is working because she's the most helpful, cheerful, happiest person in the world! However, this one employee who is there quite often Is the rudest person I've ever met in customer service. She's never happy, never smiles, always has an attitude, if you ask her if they have a specific product shell immediately say "nope", or "if it's not out there then we don't have it" then go back to her cell phone as if I was the one interrupting her when she is at work! God forbid you have to actually get up and do something! Isn't that what your being paid for? To work?? Ridiculous! The first time I saw her I thought she was just having a bad day, but the more I went and she was working, the more observant I became. She doesn't like to work, help you look or find something, she doesn't like to do anything. People like that should not be in customer service at all!

I'm really confused by the bad reviews. The ladies here have been nothing but nice and helpful! Always very welcoming and knowledgeable
