Cornerstone Early Learning Center

Staff is very questionable. But I really don't have a choice but to pick a daycare and put my kid in it. I see people going the wrong way into the entrance. And when there was an accident in the parking lot staff, quickly, pointing the finger, instead of helping out, i'm very much questioning about the staff here and my child safety.

Our experience with Cornerstone has been nothing shy of Amazing. The entire school has amazing teachers, but the infant room has loving teachers all around and makes you feel welcomed from day 1. Posting as a Social Worker/ Therapist who has seen and heard it all, I do not trust easily, especially with my child, but the teachers and staff have been nothing shy of amazing with our daughter and I have had no issues with worrying about her safety. They message or call me anytime there may be a concern with my little and I can drop in whenever or message for updates. We love and plan to grow with Cornerstone.

If I could give this center 100 stars, I absolutely would! My journey began with the incredible Director, Erica. As a single mom, I was very nervous about starting daycare, but Erica’s dedication and commitment to the children’s well-being truly put my mind at ease. She didn’t just reassure me with words—she’s proven, time and again, that her heart is genuinely in it for the kids. The Assistant Director, Bethany, is equally amazing. Together, they keep me well-informed, not only about what’s happening with my child but also offering helpful tips on areas we can work on together. The entire staff is wonderful, and my son always runs in with open arms. It took him a few months to settle in, and though he still has his moments, I know this is all part of his growth. We have to remember how challenging it can be for little ones to adjust to new people, and the team here has been so patient and caring through it all. The tuition is worth every penny. The staff prioritizes outdoor play whenever possible, which my son loves, and it’s wonderful to see a place led with such genuine care and leadership. We are so grateful for everyone at Cornerstone; they will always feel like family to my son and me.

If I could give them no star I would! I never like to write a bad review but honestly it’s a horrible environment. I wanted to register my son to this center but the lady that was there said that my son needed to do a sort of evaluation( assessment) of how he does inside a classroom and right away judged my son for his speech and being autistic, which I, as an educator in early childhood education know what is my sons level and made my son and I very uncomfortable. It’s so sad how people do not practice inclusion. My son only needs to be around more kids so that he can learn more. She did not even asked me how he is academically, which he knows and can identify number’s from 1-20 and letters out of order. But she did not had the audacity to asked me those important questions or how his behavior is. All the staff and the teacher were so rude, did not even greeted us. In their curriculum it says “to meet the diverse needs of our learners.” Ladies and gentlemen, that is not being diverse! It’s a Christian school and they do not practice that very well. God wants us to respect and celebrate each other because of our differences. Thank god I found an amazing DIVERSE school for him!🙏🏻 Please if you love your child, this is not a good place and I am talking not just as a mom but as a teacher.

We started at Cornerstone in October of 2022, my daughter started in the 2’s room and my youngest in the infant room. We have been so pleased with the level of care both my children have received. My oldest has thrived at Cornerstone, she needed a more structured environment and they have provided that. My children are always excited to see their teachers and that lets me know that they are having fun and happy to be there! The teachers are very responsive and communicate well, there has been a change in the administrative staff and they are hitting their stride and implementing changes that are positive!
