I have been working there for almost 3 years this November. I loved my job I made good grades all the time. When your computer mess up you don’t get paid this happened to me too many times. It’s in the handbook, when their equipment breaks like getting struck by lightning like mine did you will not get paid. I really didn’t think it was going to take 3 weeks to get a replacement. This has happened so many times. My credit is f up can’t get surgery to remove multiple tumors in me. Bout to be homeless soon. I can’t get caught up because this has happened too many times. I try my best to keep my job but they don’t do their best to keep good employees. Im 48 years old. That was the only job that I loved

Very unprofessional, depending on who you working with, and barely no teamwork effort. Every time I needed assistance on a call, the sup. would always not be available or in office, or will beat around the bush ,never really answering my direct questions, I get that they want you to learn the material but it’s the supervisors not being there when needed then what's the point, and also you will be told false information about your pay rate I was supposed to have a higher pay by the end of my 3 weeks, as long as I have perfect attendance and not tardy, and ended up checking and it was NOT what I was expecting.

Staff have poor attitudes and are very dismissive. At no point do they show any form of gratuity, yet get impatient after making YOU wait in THEM. I have yet to meet anyone employed at this location who is worthy of respect. Garbage attitudes by a miserable workforce.

My good friend works here and she loves it. I went to pick her up my first time going there, Google maps did a great job getting me there. I even stopped and got some ice cream.

Work there. Great atmosphere and comfortable. Of course business first but always makes time for personal tragedy and console and supporter employees. We are one big happy family
