Wish the old HOA was still in use. You guys don't return phone calls on time. The neighbood is looking horrible and not well kept,but yet HOA fees keeps increasing.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Massive scam. The neighborhood has no amenities. The HOA provides no services- no lawn care or anything. I have no idea where this money is going.

Lawn service provided by this HOA leaves MUCH to be desired. Have lived here just over 4 months have had several issues with lawn not being mowed. Currently my lawn has not been mowed for the past 2 weeks. I have weeds that are knee high.
