This place was so loud at night. People arguing and just being loud alllllll night. I barely got any sleep. This place didn’t have no shampoo or conditioner in the shower and no body wash. But lotion? For some reason… the place was alright for one night but that’s enough for me. Not to mention the front desk staff was so rude.

I stayed here for about a month and some change to attend ALC on Fort Eisenhower so my experience may differ from the normal reviews. Is this hotel better than Army barracks or the field? Yes, however, I would never stay here again. The staff were amazing and very helpful. In particular, Ms. Jada (a desk worker) was phenomenal! I had many interactions with her due to changing rooms etc., and she was a true professional every time. Sadly, there were many issues with this hotel. For example, the hotel allows the homeless to chill in the lobby whenever it is storming outside. I have no issue with that however, there was an occasion where a homeless lady borderline harassed and stalked me as I was moving rooms. It was a scenario straight out of a horror movie and on top of that she stunk up the elevator and every hallway she walked through for a solid hour. Lastly, the hotel unfortunately attracts people who lack proper hygiene or the ability to care about others. I can’t ding the hotel for that, but just know some people who stay here will walk around barefoot and nasty af touching things at breakfast without a care for anyone else. On occasion, you will also get “professional tap dancers” who come by, and no matter how many noise complaints you make they will have no disregard for you and your sleep schedule. In conclusion, if you are in the area longer than a week, I suggest you should look elsewhere. The short video I have posted below is of a child who was sickly and walked around barefoot touching EVERYTHING while eating the hotel breakfast.

This hotel was clean, nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The two front desk clerks were very polite and helpful check-in (Jada) and check-out Clinton. Enjoyed my stay!

Had not stayed here before and was not sure what to expect, but this place was really nice. The room was cozy, there is a 24 hour fitness center and the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I am in Augusta

I’m in the military and was supposed to stay for a longer period but was forced to leave due to rising room rates because of the masters tournament. When I explained this is not allowed, they told me it is. I have in fact confirmed that it is illegal to raise roommates on military personnel while they are on orders. Of course this hotel forgot to charge me when i arrived the very first day so we could work this out. I am currently having to get a barracks room while everyone else I’m here with managed to keep their hotels all in the same area. Bad customer service.
