Classic Collision

They did a FANTASTIC job with my 2018 Volkswagen Passat!!! I had front end damage from where someone backed into my car, they got me in at the earliest they could, and they got my vehicle done 2 days faster than originally planned! They maintained good communication about the process!! I will use them again in the future when needed!!!

If I had known what I know now, this place would have been my last option. This place Classic Collision on Gordon Highway in Augusta, Ga is only in business because they have contracts with these insurance companies and they basically get paid no matter what. I had damaged to my car left frontal due to an unfortunate event. My car arrived there and was on the lot for 10 days or more with no work or estimates getting done because apparently it was dropped off in one of their back lots and no one knew it was there. The tow company stated that they told the receptionist where they dropped the car the same day. I had to stay longer in my rental due to their negligence. The problem is my rental ran out and charged my card $482.36 because they could not do anything in a timely manner. When StateFarm asked them to pay the rental due to their negligence… they said they do not pay for rentals. They do not take accountability for any of their mistakes or faults. The thing is I would not have been in a rental past my extended time if Classic Collision on Gordon Highway in Augusta, GA would have communicated and just got the job done. Mind you this is a “preferred” StateFarm shop. I am trying to figure out how honestly. If I do get a response back please do not send a generic reply “ We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. We have shared your valuable feedback with management.“ I would like it if you all paid for the rental for the extra days or reimburse me for my cost. This would make up for my experience as well as other issues I’ve encountered.

I am very pleased with the service provided here. I found a hole in the roof of my truck, and called insurance. They told me when to drop it off at Classic Collision for repairs and provided me with a rental. The repair shop was quick. In less than two weeks they repaired and painted the damaged area. I was surprised at how it turned out considering it was aluminum and it was a hole rather than a dent. When I picked it up my truck had been washed and everything looked great. I can’t recommend them enough for damaged body repair!

They did a good job on my car and it was ready earlier than expected.Everyone was very nice and friendly.So if you need car repair I extremely suggest you go to Classic Collision.!!☺️

Unprofessional, rude, insensitive, and shows no empathy to their customers. Mr. Grant, general manager at the Gordon Hwy location is very short tempered and became hostile when I pointed out imperfection of work that was supposed to be performed. Not trustworthy and please take pictures before and after you drop off your vehicle. In addition to, sloppy, untrained, and inexperience workers. I notice this morning that some parts of my vehicle was not secured in place and is hanging out under my vehicle after the front driver side fender and clips was supposed to been replaced.
