Classic Collision

Classic Collision is Hands Down the Best Body Shop for my car! I sustained damage to my Mercedes due to Hurricane Helene, and subsequent damage during the snowstorm afterwards. I had originally submitted a review that implied an issue with my Reght Rear tire and wheel may have been overlooked during the repairs. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG! I had noticed my car not driving as well and did not know at the time was the cause was. I call to get my car checked by Ms. Patrice, who was my main Point of Contact during the repairs. I explained what the problem was and she Quite Knowledgeably suggested that the issue could be related to quite low tire pressures due to the frigid temps during the morning hours, causing my tires to feel wobbly. I immediately contacted Mercedes Benz, explained my problem and was able to take my car there right away. Turns out the issue WAS NOT with the New Tire and wheel, but with ALL of my Tires. During the Entire time my car was at Classic Collision for repairs, Ms. Patrice kept in Constant Communication, updating me via phone calls & texts. Classic Collision worked their Magic and My Luxury Ride looked BRAND NEW! AWESOME PAINT JOB! Everything was Smooth and Looked Sleek! Ms. Patrice and her team get SUPER KUDOS from Me, due to their Superb Professionalism and Determination to Get The Job Done RIGHT. My car wasn't out their doors until it looked it's Very Best! Thank You, Classic Collision (3069 Washington Rd), for EVERYTHING, from Beginning to End, and Courtesy Follow Ups to ensure my Complete and Total Satisfaction! Couldn't ask For Better because Washington Road Classic Collision Is The BEST!

Sarah and Adam were awesome. The experience was great considering my new car getting damaged. They both were very kind, efficient and professional. I could feel that they cared. They stayed in communication with updates throughout the whole process. Not once did I have to wonder about anything. I would most certainly refer to them.

I do not recommend this Classic Collision. My car was held in repair for nearly FIVE WEEKS, after which it was delivered to me NOT fully repaired - with THREE originally agreed upon repairs NOT done, plus, my car was returned to me DIRTY on the inside, with my seats covered in white dust. The car was promised to me back at a certain date but delayed, then, delayed AGAIN, then, returned to me UNFINISHED and DIRTY. The held my car up for nearly 5 weeks from October to November 2024 and then said I need to return in January 2025 to complete the repairs they didn’t complete. THEY OFFERED ME NO DISCOUNT. The shop could have done as we agreed upon, produced good quality of work, and cleaned my car. They did not. THEY CREATED A NEW PROBLEM: I also reported via email to the shop owner as I was driving away that there’s NOISE now on the driver’s side of my car, I emailed the shop owner. No response and no solution proposed for this problem they have created.

Classic Collision was great. Wonderful customer service. Adam always made sure to keep me informed of any changes and updates. Communication was great. They had my car for about a month and I had no worries. My car looks great. I really appreciate everything that was done.

Big thank you to Adam for the two times I have taken my vehicle to Classic Collision. He worked on my vehicle, solved the problem and communicated with me while I waited on it to get fixed. Adam is great. God bless you.
