Found plastic WRAPPED in my cinnamon roll and they didn’t give me enough icing, and refused to give me my money back - I had to dispute with my bank. It was just ghetto.

Arrived at the Cinnabon at 4:40pm, 2hrs and some prior to closing. A few other people were standing in line ahead of us, but instead of serving anyone, the two employees that were wiping counters took one look at the line and just walked to the back. Sorry, pretending to close so you don't have to deal with customers is of the lowest class and customer service. I guess if you're lucky and the employees feel like it you might get served, but I think you can find more reliable service elsewhere...

Can't expect much when you have employees manning 3 different places all in one but today was the final straw for me. I had to go through the auntie Anne's line due to staffing shortages. I purchased a caramel pecan Cinnabon and was rung up for it. Of course if I'd been at the actual Cinnabon counter I would've seen the young lady just put a regular bun in the bag. She had an attitude and I am almost certain this was done purposefully as no one was in line so a rush couldn't be to blame.

Several of the employees are RUDE! And when you have a rude manager, Cody, you can expect rudeness. We shopped the mall and then when it was getting close to closing time we went to Cinnabon to get a few to take home. 20 minutes before mall closing time! They had just taken 2 pans out of the oven and iced them. They were on display. We walked up to the counter and were told that register was closed and we would have to order them at Auntie Ann’s. We walked to 1 counter over to order and then we were told they were closed too. I was not alone. There were 2 other customers doing the same as me. We were just floored. Could not understand. By this time it is 6:45. The employee at the register points to the guy toward the back and says Cody is the manager and he said we are closed. The crowd at the register has now grown to about 10 people wanting to buy. We the customers were amazed and just couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t sell what they had already made and were then putting it in the back. Enough people gathered and they eventually decided to sell what they had. The cashier muttered under her breath so that we could all hear that they had been open all day why’d we have to wait until the last minute. They told us, they close when the mall closes. The mall closes at 7:00. To the manager of Cinnabon, check your register at Aunties Anns at 6:45 to 7:00. Could have been lost sales with alot of mad customers. Actually they are still mad. It was ridiculous.

Never coming to this one again. Rude staff. Simply asked for a fresh cinnabon and got declined with no reason. Apparently you have to have the cold ones first before being able to get a fresh cinnabon. Hope corporate reads this. (It was the manager doing this).
