Chicken Salad Chick

Really positive experience at this Chicken Salad Chick location. We were greeted promptly and kindly and it didn't take long to get our order. Everything tasted delicious and the portions were enough that we left feeling satisfied. Although the parking lot was a bit challenging to navigate with a larger vehicle, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this location and will be returning.

Very disappointed this is my first time eating here. I ordered the chicken salad BLT my sandwich literally had one small slice of bacon on each half I got it with broccoli salad as my side, the broccoli salad was so juicy that all the juice from it spilled into the part with my sandwich so the bottom of my croissant was completely soggy. I was unable to eat it. Also it made my broccoli salad very dry. I think this will be my first and last time eating here.

This place has always been in good standing with me but today I wanted to shout out Mary & the pretty young lady with red hair (didn’t catch her name). Mary was very kind and showed a high level of professionalism when she took my order over the phone. I called in to ask if they could bring my food out because I am 24 weeks pregnant and was experiencing a number of issues that didn’t allow me to get out of the car with my autistic toddler and the other young lady was able to accommodate me by taking my payment and bringing my order to me. It’s the little things that I appreciate about this establishment and their staff. Thank you!

Food was delicious!!! I highly recommend this place if you are eating in a calorie deficit and want to go out. Portions and calories are great I felt satisfied when I left Customer service was amazing! They were patient while we were deciding what we wanted Atmosphere and environment was light, airy and clean We will definitely be back!

Food was delicious but very small portion. Would not recommend if super hungry. Nice light portion. Customer service was ok. Spoke and use general manners but wasn't a big welcoming vibe. Looked clean overall when walking around. Ordered to go. Traffic is super bad on Washnington rd but all the food places are right in this area. This was near our hotel visiting for the weekend.
