Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Horrible experience!!! My spinach dip came out over cooked. My spinach dip was dried out from being over cooked or rewarmed (pics below of the first one they brought out and the second one). Waitress tried to tell me that how it comes out sometimes. I’ve been to plenty of cheddars I know what it should look like. My son fries was cold. He was starving and didn’t even eat the fries because they hard (cold). I went to dip my salsa and the salsa had a soft tortilla chip in it.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. And that's a good thing. This is one of the best restaurants in the area. The Price is Right and the portions are huge! You must try it for yourself. The honey butter croissants are worthy of the admission alone.

Great food other than our cheese bites being completely hallow. They could use some new staff. Our waitress didn't even put in our order...45 min. went by before she let us know of "her mistake" and she still never even apologized. We left after the drinks and appetizers. I couldn't help but notice we were the only white ppl there...I think this had alot to do with our mistreatment. We left without reordering def wasn't gonna wait another 45 for our actual food. So disappointing... Tip deductible!!

Cheddars is decent food for really good prices. I would visit for the cocktails alone. The bar is comfortable and again the cocktails are really good

I am so happy that Cheddar’s is bouncing back. My party of 9, including me, enjoyed our meal. The prices were great. The only issue, which want that bad, was the seating was a bit snug. Our server could’ve been more friendly and helpful. One of my family members ordered the salmon, while 2 others ordered the steak. Both, the steak and the salmon was cooked properly and the seasoning was good. The steamed broccoli was seasoned well, as this was a side my husband had. However, my broccoli casserole was also very delicious. I’ve had good and bad experiences here, but I must say that I’m glad I gave this place another chance today. Hopefully, things will continue to get better for this restaurant. When they first came over here to the Augusta, Ga area, some years ago they were pretty good. Somewhere down the line they fell off and the food had gotten terrible. I stopped coming for a good 2 years. So, with that being said, I’m very happy with my and my family’s experience today. I look forward to coming back. Hopefully my future visit will be just as good if not, better.
